Tein is an award winning graphic designer with over two decades of
experience in art direction, editorial styling and conceptualisation.
His depth of work is as diverse as his client list.
Fashion or automotives?
Non-profit organisations or supermarket chains?
When it comes to design, Tein has managed to fill the gap between
commercial creativity and boutique niche.
Having graduated in Graphic Design in Rotterdam, Tein became
the assistant art-director for a leading European clothing brand.
Here he worked with photographers, stylists and a team of designers
in what would be the start of a multidisciplinary career. Global campaigns
led to Tein designing magazines and direct marketing material for
Holland’s beloved HEMA, a store that inspires off beat style in all
things Dutch. After falling in love with the printed medium, Tein was
asked to become part of that Sanoma Corporation, a leading media
group with operations in over 10 European companies.
Tein has been instrumental in overseeing the conceptual layout,
styling and art direction of countless magazines, recipe books,
business-to-business materials and advertising.
The empowering colourful reinvention of a sports brand…
The playful take on a Parisian bakers business identity…
The minimalist packaging for a health food product…
Understanding a client, creating to a brief and artwork that makes people happy.
Sit down, relax and enjoy the experience of working with Tein.
