The ordering process
1. Submit the form
Share your details so I can begin preparing your portrait.
2. Receive an email
You’ll get an email from me (Tein Lucasson) with a link to upload your pet’s photos, and payment instructions (PayPal or bank transfer).
3. Upload photos & complete payment
Upload your favourite photos from your phone or computer, then complete your payment to get your portrait started.
4. Review and download
You’ll receive a preview of your portrait and can request adjustments. Once approved, your high resolution portrait is sent by email, ready to print or share.
How to take a great photo
You don’t need a fancy camera — a smartphone (iPhone 6 or newer) works perfectly. Just follow these simple tips to get the best result for your custom portrait:

Use high resolution: Check your camera settings and select the highest quality.

Find good light: Natural daylight near a window is ideal. Avoid harsh shadows or backlighting.

Capture their character: Use treats or toys to get their attention. A helper can make fun noises to bring out expressions.

Frame it like a passport photo: Your pet should be facing forward or slightly turned, with the camera at eye level.
